This is not currently possible, although you do have the option of transferring your coins to your friends or anyone else using the platform.

We're working hard to make conversion a reality. It is most definitely on our roadmap in the near future!

Refund for coins will unfortunately not be possible in the short to medium term given that our value proposition for merchants is the fact that they get advance sales, so bear this in mind when purchasing coins from a merchant.
